In his memory
Forty years at the nets
Peter Hughes spent forty years coaching young cricketers at Ealing Cricket Club — early mornings, long evenings, and every weekend in between, teaching straight bats and patient minds to generation after generation of players. Alongside his wife, Erica, he gave a lifetime to the club and the community around it.
The Peter Hughes Foundation was founded in memory of them both, to carry that same spirit of generosity forward: helping children who might never otherwise get the chance to play, learn, and belong to a team.
